Ex Machina – Alternative Movieposter Artprint

Ex Machina is a film by Alex Garland, screened for the first time in 2015.
Despite of his low budget it won the Oscar for “Best Visual Effects” among other mega blockbusters like “Star Wars”.

This poster was part of the “Imagine Film Festival” at EYE-Film museum in Amsterdam!

The “Imagine Poster Project” was an initiative by the Utrecht silkscreen artist Joris Diks (Handprinted Stuff) in collaboration with
Imagine Film Festival and an official part of the festival.

I decided to capture (for me) one of the most emblematic moments of the movie, where the erotic art of seduction,
the artificial intelligence and the weakness of men are all so present.
A real turning point of the movie…
