Back in 2008 I flew to London to see “Chromeo” from NYC live.
They had no concerts near Vienna sheduled, so I went to the U.K.

I had no idea what to expect, but what I saw when I entered KOKO in Camden was one of this “once in a lifetime-moments”

I was blown away by the beauty and the vibe of this club.

Years later, when I already did gigposters, I always said to myself that I had to get the chance to do a poster for this incredible venue.

When I saw that my friends from “Beatsteaks” had a stop at KOKO on their tour shedule, I went immediately into drawing mood and sent them my illustrated vision of their new music on the streets of London.

I was not sure which edition to print, so I decided to do 60 copies.
I sent them 45 to London – and they where all gone before the concert was over.

Again, I was blown away.
KOKO, seems that we`re friends forever!!
